Child Activity Centers, operated by Children’s Rights in Goa (CRG) under the name FLiP - Friends of Little People Centers, were situated in Candolim, Calangute, and Baga, prominent tourist destinations in North Goa. These centres operated five days a week during the afternoon, offering secure environments for children. The primary aim was to discourage children from venturing onto the beach, where they might be vulnerable to potential abuse.
